Tioga, ND (KEYZ) The troubled trio we told you Williston Police had been looking for after a shooting and domestic incident in Williston earlier this week has been found safe and sound in Tioga, with 41 year old Bruce Pennington, and 30 year old Vanessa Oller taken into custody. Vanessa’s seven month old baby Raelynn was unharmed.
The couple are wanted on numerous out of state warrants. Williston police had asked for the public’s assistance in locating the couple and infant following a domestic altercation Wednesday night in the 600 block of 42 Street East in Williston. Officers were called to that address at about 9:30 where they had discovered a firearm had been discharged at some point and they took into custody 47 year old James Walbert, who is being held pending charges. They are looking for 41 year old Bruce Pennington, pictured and 30 year old Vanessa Oller, also pictured. Police had said the couple’s background indicates a propensity toward violence, and were not have been approached. The situation made much more urgent due to the presence of Vanessa’s seven month old baby girl Raelynn Oller. Both Vanessa and Raelyne are reported missing out of Kansas, with Bruce and Vanessa having tied to both Kansas and Colorado.
