Big Drug Bust in Williston nets $92K in drugs, $83k in Cash

Williston, ND (KEYZ)   Another big drug bust for the Northwest Narcotics Task Force, including members of the Williston Police and WIlliams Coutny Sheriff's. It happened yesterday in the 1000 Block of 7th avenue west. Chris Simon reports officers executed a search warrant in connection with on going probe into a heroin distribution ring.

Agents seized $83 thousand six hundred fourteen dollars worth of narcotics proceeds, all cash, along with 177 grams of black tar heroin, 78 grams of meth, 11 and a half grams of coke and 220 grams of marijuana. Various other prescription type drugs were also seized, including bottles of oxycodone tablets, methoadone and lorazepam. A combined street sale price for all the narcotics, is approximately 92 thousand 479 dollars. Multiple individuals were arrested and numerous firearms were found in the residence. More arrests are expected in this ongoing investigation.
