Drug Raid Suspects Formally Charged in Williston
Williston, ND (KEYZ) Three of four meth trafficking suspects nabbed last week in a Williston raid involving the Northwest Narcotic Task Force are identified in charging documents. Keisha Smith, Bryson Rustad and David Seiferd are charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, with Smith and Rustad face conspiracy to commit possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, class B felonies.
Seiferd was charged with one class C felony and three misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance. The fourth suspect awaits formal charges. Court documents reference a Thursday evening raid on a home in the 400 block of 22nd Street East, where multiple weapons and quantities of drugs were confiscated. The three have a January 3, 2019 preliminary hearing.
