Tioga, ND (KEYZ)  Twenty-two year old Dillion Scott Blagg is in the Williams County jail facing a slew of charges including car jacking, robbery, felonious restraint and fleeing from police after a dramatic series of events in Tioga Sunday night.

Court documents read, employees at the Pinnacle gas station on highway 40, witnessed Blagg run into some gas pumps while behind the wheel of an SUV he had taken out of a driveway.  He then approached the gas station office and demanded car keys from an employee but when she refused, he allegedly placed her into a choke hold and pressed a knife against her throat.  He then turned his attention to others in the store, demanding their car keys, but when they refused to comply he dragged the woman outside and into a running pick up truck.

When it was clear Blagg could not drive the truck because it was not an automatic, a customer used the chance to offer up his car, distracting Blagg so his makeshift hostage could escape his grasp.  Alone he fled, and led police on a high speed chase along high way 40, where he lost control and sped into a ditch. He is being held in the Williams County Correctional Center on a $50,000 cash bond.
