Williston, ND (KEYZ) More on last Thursday's drug raid we told you about on 24th Avenue West in Williston; the principal suspect in the raid, 38-year-old Jeremy Moffett was formally charged in the case yesterday. Police found 177 grams of meth, approximately 89-hundred dollars in cash, income thought to come from the sale of narcotics, and two firearms. The street value of the methamphetamine is put at nearly 27 thousand dollars. One suspect was arrested and charged with felony possession with intent to deliver narcotics, with the aggravating factor of possessing firearms during the drug violations.

Moffett was charged with possession with intent to deliver, and two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, two misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of ingesting a controlled substance. He was ordered held on $50,000 bond.
