WBSD #7 School Board Allocates Nearly $4 Million in Matching Funds for North Dakota CTE Grant

Williston, ND (KEYZ) The Board for Williston Basin School District 7 makes a sizable investment Tuesday in the future for area students.

The District Board voted unanimously Tuesday, to fund $3.5 million to fulfill a requirement for in-kind donations to receive $10 million in the form of a state grant.

The grant, which is slated for approval in March of 2022, will be a significant lynchpin for the completion of the district's new $20 million Career and Technical Education project. The CTE building will be able to accommodate over 400 students in numerous programs to get them career ready upon graduating from Williston High School.
